Funeral Services for Tracy Cheryl (O’Connor) Eddings, 56, of Broken Arrow, were held Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at the Lakewood Church in Tulsa, OK. The Pastor Jamie Austin officiated and burial was in the Rest Haven Cemetery in Sperry, OK. Casket Bearers were Larry Merritt, Danny Warma, Darren Briggs, Bill Hughart, Aja Jones and Matt Stevenson. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home, Sperry.

Tracy was born September 24, 1957 in Tulsa, OK to Pete O’Connor and Patricia Hopkins. She passed away February 21, 2014 in Tulsa, OK.

Tracy was a manager at Merritt’s Bakery in Tulsa for 15 years, and loved baking and cooking at home as well. She loved spending time with her granddaughters. Tracy really loved spending time decorating for every holiday. She enjoyed getting together with family and friends. Old R&B was her favorite music, especially listening to Al Green, and The Rascals. Tracy was just a very, very special person; and even with all of her health problems over the last part of her life, she never quit fighting and lived life to the fullest.

She is survived by her husband, Kenny Eddings of Broken Arrow; son, Ben Lancaster and wife Alysson of Broken Arrow; granddaughters, Morgan, Brylee, and Lilly; sisters, Sheila Ray and husband Randy of Owasso, Jennifer Lynch and husband Larry of Arlington, TX, Becky King of Tulsa and Ruby Alexander of Tulsa; brothers, Patrick O’Connor and wife, Samantha of Sapulpa, and Bucky King and wife Marcie of Tulsa; numerous nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Big Daddy and Big Moma Hopkins, father, Pete O’Connor; and mother, Patricia Hopkins.
