Theron Lee Parnell

Funeral services for Theron Lee Parnell, 18, of Tulsa, OK, were held Friday, January 27, 2023, at Johnson Funeral Chapel in Skiatook, OK. Brother Michael Jonjock officiated, and burial was in Osage Gardens Cemetery in Skiatook, OK. Casket bearers were Brady Sixkiller, Jessie Hayes, Joshua Haynie, Kaden Sanders, Sean Parnell, and Dustin Parnell.

Theron was born July 7, 2004, in Claremore, OK, to Charles Doyle Parnell and Ashley Nichole Rea. He passed away January 16, 2023, in Tulsa, OK.

Theron grew up in Tulsa, as well as Colorado and Kansas. He enjoyed disc golf, loved playing Xbox video games, and going fishing with his uncle Brady. Theron also loved spending time with his family. 

He is survived by his mother, Ashley Rea and stepfather, Tim Sanders; father, Charlie Parnell; sister, Avery Sanders; brothers, Timothy Sanders, Jr., and Tristan Sanders; grandparents, Kelly and Verna Sixkiller and Deborah Marlowe; aunt, Casey Haynie; uncles, Joshua Haynie, Brady Sixkiller, Sean Parnell, Dustin Parnell, and Jessie Hayes; and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandpa, David Parnell; and great-grandmother, Patsy Dilley.

Arrangements and services were entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home, Sperry.
