Terry Lee Dick

Funeral services for Terry Lee Dick, 74, of Owasso, OK, were held Friday, December 15, 2023, at 1st Pentecostal Church in Collinsville. Sr. Pastor Don Martin and Campus Pastor Kyle Holt officiated, and burial was in Rest Haven Cemetery in Sperry, OK. Casket bearers were Tom Johnson, Leyton McKinney, Peyton Dick, Jason Dick, Jackson McKinney, and Mickey Murdock. Honorary Casket bearers were Tim Pece, Chuck Murdock, Virgil Lang, Charlie Murdock, Tunney Livengood, Joe Mills and Ricky Mills.

Terry was born August 8, 1949, in Tulsa, OK, to John Evans Dick and Marjorie Erlene “Molly” (Bryant) Dick. He passed away December 11, 2023, in Owasso, OK.

Terry worked in the commercial construction industry as an insulator for many years and was a member of the Asbestos Workers Local Union 64. He enjoyed going crappie fishing, gardening and working in his flower beds, and rooting for his OU Sooners. 

He is survived by his wife, Karen Dick; daughter, Shauna Murdock and husband, Mickey; son, Jason Dick and wife, Cortney; grandchildren, Jackson McKinney, Leyton McKinney, Peyton Dick, Cambree Dick, Max Murdock, Charlie Murdock and Brody Murdock; sister, Linda Pece and husband, Marvin; niece and nephews, Melissa Oates, Tim Pece, Joe Mills, and Ricky Mills; mother-in-law, Louella Johnson; sister-in-law, Janet Fox; and a host of other relatives and friends that Terry loved deeply.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Molly Dick; sister, Cynthia Nissen and husband, Richard; niece, Stephanie Pece; and father-in-law, Ona Marsh Johnson.

Arrangements and services were entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home, Sperry.
