Sherry LaDawn Choate

Funeral Services for Sherry LaDawn Choate, 58, of Tulsa, were held Monday, April 14, 2014 at the Johnson Funeral Chapel in Sperry, OK. The Reverend Bob Keich officiated and burial was in the Rest Haven Cemetery in Sperry, OK. Casket Bearers were Brandon Hemsoth, Corey Don Still, Matthew Cox, Cole Lee Carr, Jarrett Choate, and Heith Choate. Honorary Casket Bearers were Ralph Younger, Kevin Cox, and Brenton Choate. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home, Sperry.

Sherry was born May 31, 1955 in Tulsa, OK to Efton Junior and Daphne Bonnie (Neale) Choate. She passed from this life into everlasting life on April 9, 2014 in Tulsa, OK.

Sherry was one of five children born to Efton and Daphne. She worked for Tri-Star Aerospace, Inc. and later worked for many years as an Art Assembler of Christian Art at Carpentree. Sherry will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by her sisters, Karla Y. Hemsoth of Tulsa, and Vona V. Cox of Owasso; brother, Dana E. Choate of Mounds; aunt, Kathleen Choate of Westville; uncles, Charles Neale of Stilwell and Keith Neale also of Stilwell; numerous nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins; and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Efton and Daphne Choate; and brother, Jarrett Tyrone Choate.
