Shawna Irene Wyrick

Memorial services for Shawna Irene (Clark) Wyrick, 40, of Broken Arrow, were held Saturday, March 12, 2016 at Heritage Bible Church in Catoosa, OK. Pastor Randy Crook officiated and burial was in Bixby Cemetery in Bixby, OK. Honorary casket bearers were Tom Yenalavitch, Randy Schonfield, David Yenalavitch, James Brewer, Jason Mount, Robert Brewer, Cameron Mount, Rocky Thompson, Allan Mount, David Marlnee, Howell Marlnee, Andrew Occhuizzo.

Shawna was born May 12, 1975 in Pomona, CA to Melvin Clark and Lesley (Stoddart) Marlnee. She passed away March 4, 2016 in Broken Arrow, OK.

Shawna worked in the medical field as a phlebotomist. She attended Bristow Public Schools, and went on to graduate from Broken Arrow High School. Shawna was active in choir and band, and played basketball. She enjoyed attending concerts, going camping, taking trips to Branson and other family events. Shawna attended Trinity Baptist Church. She was an avid reader and music lover, especially country and gospel.

She is survived by her daughter, Taylor Michele Clark of Broken Arrow; sister, Sharon Occhuizzo and husband Andrew of Broken Arrow; mother, Lesley Marlnee of Broken Arrow; aunts, Elaine Mount of Villa Rica, GA and Patti Yenalavitch of San Jacinto, CA; uncle, Tom Yenalavitch of San Jacinto, CA; niece, Sophia Occhuizzo of Broken Arrow; and many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Brent Wyrick; father, Melvin Clark; grandparents, David and Mina Stoddart; and uncle, Jim Mount.
