Scottie Leroy "Scott" Stevens

Funeral services for Scottie Leroy “Scott” Stevens, 46, of Collinsville, OK, were held Monday, November 9, 2020 at Johnson Funeral Chapel in Sperry, OK. Mr. Johnny Mize officiated.

Scott was born February 15, 1974 in Tulsa, OK, to David Leroy and Linda Sue (Toothman) Stevens. He passed away November 4, 2020 in Tulsa, OK.

Scott was an iron worker and a self-employed automotive mechanic. He enjoyed working on old cars and trucks, riding and working on motorcycles. Scott also enjoyed going fishing, cooking out and listening to various types of music.

He is survived by his children, Colten Levi Stevens of Collinsville, and Chase Stevens and wife, Harmony of Tulsa; brothers, Justin Stevens of Collinsville; parents, David and Linda Stevens; several aunts, uncles and cousins; grandmother, Vivian Toothman of Collinsville; and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his uncle, Tommy Toothman; grandparents, F.C. and M. E. Stevens and J.L. Toothman.

Arrangements and services were entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home, Sperry.
