Mark was born May 17, 1971, in St. Joseph, MO, to Ronald Trip Crosley and Clarissa Gail “Kate” (Leaverton) Thompson. He passed away October 17, 2024, in Bartlesville, OK.
Mark grew up in Sperry. He was a wild child and a free spirit. As a teenager, Mark began working at Davidson Funeral Home with his best friend, mentor and adopted father, Don Davidson. Mark enjoyed a nice cold beer, hot beer, beer in a can, beer in a bottle… well any beer. He also enjoyed volunteering at local churches, and doing any other odd jobs the church needed. Mark loved spending time with his family, his girlfriend, Daisy, and her family, and talking on the phone with the grandkids. Mark had a soft spot for stray dogs, often times annoying his children and neighbors by talking them into adopting them. He enjoyed music, and although he wasn’t the best dancer, after a few shots he sure thought he was.
Oh, and did we mention, he liked beer.
He is survived by his children, Dustin Crosley and wife, Francis Brady, Katie Tyree and husband, Dave, Tyler Stewart and wife, Brittany; Tanner Crosley, and Jordan Whinery; grandchildren, Nikia Stanley, Aubrey Crosley, Adeline Crosley, Kolsen Crosley, Liston Owens, Savannah Tyree, Amelia Tyree, Natalie Tyree, Kedan Terry,, Karmynn Stewart, and Madilyn Stewart; mother, Kate Thompson; brother, Tommy Crosley; sister, Cherie Crosley-Cope; and many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his biological father, Ronald Crosley; adopted father, Don Davidson; and sister, Kim Fritz and husband, Scott.
