Rhonda Gale McSperitt

Funeral services for Rhonda Gale (Christmas) McSperitt, 53, of Sperry, were held Friday, March 31, 2017 at Sperry Christian Church in Sperry, OK. Reverend Larry Beeler officiated and burial was in Green Acres Memorial Gardens in Skiatook, OK. Casket bearers were Randy Mendenhall, Tim Carter, Melvin Blue, Mark L. Hughes, Kevin McSperitt, Sr. and Sean Cunningham. Honorary Casket Bearers were Robin Hausner, Jr. and Austin McSperitt.

Rhonda was born January 29, 1964 in Tulsa, OK to Orville Lee and Rozella (Jones) Christmas. She passed away March 26, 2017 in Oklahoma City, OK.

Rhonda loved her dogs, Missy, Freckles and Sweet Pea. She loved playing with her grandchildren, Aleisha and Lendsey McSperitt, and Jessie Silkey. Rhonda enjoyed going yard selling and thrift shopping, making “art projects” with the grandkids and collecting bird houses and wind chimes.

She is survived by her son, Austin McSperitt and wife Stephanie; grandchildren, Alesiha McSperitt, Lendsey McSperitt and Jessie Silkey; sister, Teresa Christmas; brother, Clifford Christmas and wife Cheryl; nieces, Rose Christmas and Trisha Blue; nephews, Melvin Blue and Wife Nicole; great-niece, Mikayla; great-nephew Drake; and many other family and friends who loved her very much.

She was preceded in death by her mom; Rozella Christmas; dad, Orville Christmas; uncle, Farrell Jones; step-dad, Charles Wakley; and her dogs, Weinee and Precious; her cats, Titty Kitty and Minnie Mouse.
