Ralph James Kilgore

Funeral services for Ralph James Kilgore, 84, of Owasso, were held Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at Johnson Funeral Chapel in Sperry, OK. Pastor Adam Stang officiated and burial was in Fairview Cemetery in Owasso, OK. Casket bearers were Calvin Williams, Shane Bacon, Lathan Potts, Floyd Potts, Mathew Potts, and Monty Ragsdale. Honorary Casket Bearers were Bo Potts, Jim Moon, Gary Conley, Philip Koons, and Darin Stone.

Ralph was born September 30, 1930 in Darwin, OK to Lathon and Ada (Finley) Kilgore. He passed away March 5, 2015 in Owasso, OK.

Ralph was a retired supervisor with the City of Owasso Water Department. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, dancing, basketball and softball.

He is survived by his wife, Gladysteen Kilgore of the home; daughters, Debra Kilgore, and Dana Kilgore; sons, Doyle Kilgore, and Johnny Kilgore; step-daughter, Doreen Conley of CA; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters, Lavon Conley and Wilma Koon; and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Dovie Joan Kilgore; parents, Lathon and Ada Kilgore; sisters, Sylvia Potts and Auzelle Kilgore-Estell; and brothers, Hershel Ray Kilgore and Doyle Kilgore.
