Patricia Louise Lewis

Private family services for Patricia Louise Lewis, 73, of Brookfield, MO were held Monday, February 2, 2009 at the Johnson Funeral Chapel in Sperry, OK. The Reverend Andy Anquoe officiated and a private family interment followed. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home, Sperry.

Patricia was born February 19, 1932 in Brookfield, MO to Edward Ross and Audrey Hedrick Spearman. She passed away January 29, 2009 in Tulsa, OK.

Patricia was a homemaker and bookkeeper. She loved crocheting, sewing, playing video games, watching television, and listening to old records, but most of all she loved visiting with her friends and family.

She is survived by her husband Robert Lewis of Collinsville; daughters, Robin Bishop and husband Robert of Shellknob, MO and Audrey Zugelder and husband Jerry of Kansas City, KS; sons, Robert Lewis and wife Cathy of AR, Kenneth Lewis and wife Dee of Midwest City, OK, James Lewis and wife Corina of Tulsa, and Floyd Lewis of CA; 22 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren and one on the way; three brothers; and three sisters.
