Funeral services for Ophelia Eva Watts, 91, of Tulsa, were held Wednesday, December 22, 2010 at Turley Assembly of God Church in Turley, OK. Reverend Jim Shamblin and Reverend Mable Watts officiated and burial was in Green Acres Cemetery in Collinsville, OK. Casket bearers were Bronson Watts, Michael Watts, Aaron Watts, Adam Watts, Alvin Watts, Grant Fox, Wayne Watts, and Andrew Fox.

Ophelia was born May 19, 1919 in Tucumcari, NM to Joseph Van and Ida Mae (Cole) Lee. She passed away December 19, 2010 in Tulsa, OK.

Ophelia was a Minister of Music in several Pentecostal churches. She was a midwife, nurse and Doctor's Assistant. Ophelia's hobbies included sewing, quilting and crocheting. She also refurbished dolls, as well as designing and sewing their clothes. Ophelia loved to raise all types of fowls.

She is survived by her daughters, Phyllis Watts of Bartlesville, Frances Ida Bryan of Skiatook, Rosie Carnagey of Collinsville, Esther Smith of Bartlesville, Reverend Mable Watts of Bartlesville; step-daughter, Frieda Nick of Broken Arrow; sons, Reverend Joe Watts of Broken Arrow, Frank Watts of Tulsa, Manuel Watts of Collinsville, Luther Watts of Tulsa, Ed Watts of Barnsdall, Wayne Watts of Nowata; 30 grandchildren; 54 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren, and brother, Raymond Allen Lee of Visalia, CA.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Reverend Fred Watts; second husband Gene Ash; four stillborn children; one step-daughter; two step-sons; parents, Joseph and Ida Lee; four sisters; seven brothers; and one half-brother.

Arrangements and services were entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home, Sperry.
