Nicodemus Rajore Sanders

Nicodemus Rajore Sanders, 30, of Skiatook, OK, was born November 13, 1994, in Bartlesville, OK, to Norcresta Sanders.

Nicodemus was a beloved son, brother, nephew, grandson, husband, and father. He had a huge heart under his tough guy façade. You could always call him and talk to him about anything you had going on and he would listen unconditionally. Nicodemus cared about his friends and family with his whole being. He relocated with his family many times. Nicodemus later met Mechel Stapleton on October 26, 2021, and moved to her home in Missouri on November 6, 2021. They later married on May 13, 2022, in King City, MO. They welcomed a beautiful baby girl in December 2022. Nicodemus relocated back to OK on July 1, 2023, with his new family. He was later diagnosed that year with testicular cancer that would eventually spread throughout his body and brain and passed away on November 30, 2024, in Tulsa, OK.

He is survived by his wife, Mechel Sanders; daughter, Addison Sanders; mother, Norcresta Sanders; brothers, Caleb Sanders, Luke Sanders, and Aarin Sanders; half-sisters, Anastasia Rials, Heather Combs, and Samantha Rials; half-brother, Clinton Rials; uncles, William Sanders and Roy Sanders; and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Larkin and Mavis Sanders; aunts, Effie Biggs, Rapsie Holt, Lanora Edmondson; uncles, Daniel Sanders, Elbert Sanders, and multiple others; father, David Rials.

Arrangements and services were entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home, Sperry.
