Mitchell Seth Fazendine

Funeral services for Mitchell Seth Fazendine, 31, of Sperry, OK, were held Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at First Baptist Church in Sperry, OK. Tim Heitkamp officiated. Casket bearers were Dean Blevins, Cory Taylor, Tim Heitkamp, Matt Fazendine, Shawn Blaylock and Jacob Odle.

Mitchell was born May 5, 1992, in Tulsa, OK, to Phillip Emanuel Fazendine and Lisa Ann (Wheeler) Fazendine. He passed away April 17, 2024, in Tulsa, OK.

Mitchell worked in the food service industry for many years and was a bartender. He loved being with his family and friends. Mitch was intrigued by outer space, all the galaxies and other life.

He is survived by his parents, Phillip and Lisa Fazendine; grandmother, Linda Mayabb; sister, Sonya Simmons and husband, Josh; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; nephews, Evan and Jaxon; and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Derek Fazendine; Papa, Fritz Fazendine; grandpa, Jim Wheeler; mema, Bea McClain; and uncle, Allen Wheeler.

Arrangements and services were entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home, Sperry.
