Throughout her life, Martha enjoyed various activities and hobbies, such as traveling the country in their camper. She had traveled to all 50 states plus numerous other countries. Martha was known for being frugal and well organized. She saved every rubber band from the daily newspaper plus the bags they came in. She also used butter containers to store all the leftovers and was even known to wash out baggies. She enjoyed bird watching while sitting on her porch and collecting old irons and washing and ironing figurines. Her passion for growing flowers was also something that gave her great joy. She even carried a small shovel in her car trunk in case she saw a wildflower on the side of the road she needed to dig up. Martha loved sewing her children's clothing when they were younger and cooking for a house full of family. Martha made the best strawberry preserves and chocolate delight. She enjoyed telling stories of her childhood growing up in Coal Hill, AR. She also enjoyed a good cold can of coke to drink! Martha leaves behind nothing but beautiful memories for all who loved her.
