Mark Lambert Laley,67, of Tulsa, OK was born January 19, 1953 in Tulsa, OK, to Joe Clark and Mary Margaret (Flanigan) Laley. He passed away January 13, 2021 in Tulsa, OK.
Mark was a master craftsman who built numerous homes and structures over the years including the building of Cedar Rock Inn and The Silo, a bed and breakfast and event center in west Tulsa. His cabinetmaking skills and furniture are showcased in some of the finest custom homes in Tulsa. His work was his hobby as he truly loved what he did. Mark gave a new meaning to “Whistle While You Work”. He also had a passion for cooking. He loved and adored his dogs, Hanna and Haleigh.
He is survived by his daughter, Heather Moore and husband, Brock of Tulsa; grandsons, Zakery Moore and Zyler Moore; brothers, Greg Laley of Tulsa and John Laley of Tulsa; mother, Mary Laley of Tulsa; numerous nieces, and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Joe Laley; sister, Trinka Laley; and several aunts and uncles.
A Celebration of life will be held on Memorial Day weekend, with details to be determined.
