Lula Rose Wilson

Lula Rose (Marshall) Wilson, 84 of Jennings, passed away Wednesday, June 1, 2016.

No services are planned. However, everyone is welcome to sign the guestbook online or at the funeral home.

Lula Rose (Marshall) Dempsey-Wilson was born November 12, 1931 in Childers, OK to Richard Paul and Helen (Flippin) Marshall. She passed away June 1, 2016 in Jennings, OK.

Lula retired in 1994 from the Tulsa Police Department where she was employed as a Dispatch Operator. She kept busy after her retirement by gardening, sewing, quilting, genealogy research, and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her daughters, Becky Spencer of Turley, Pam Dobbs of Sperry, Marsha Carmack of Sperry and Karen Goolsby and husband Johnny of Jennings; son, Michael Wilson; six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Helen Marshall; husband, Morris Dempsey and two brothers.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
