Lindsay Renee Hutchins, 42 of Tulsa, OK was born July 5, 1981, in Tulsa, OK, to Gary Alan Hutchins and Pamela Lynn (Pascal) Peacock. She passed away June 17, 2024, in Tulsa, OK.

She was our daughter, wife, mother, sister, cousin, niece, and co-worker who was a passionate advocate for social justice. She will be greatly missed but her legacy will be long lasting.

She is survived by her father, Gary Hutchins, husband, Matt Phillips; children, Parker Hutchins-Cate, and Logan Phillips; brother, Spencer Hutchins, sister, Paige Peacock; and many other relatives and friends.
