Leona June Lile

Funeral Services for Leona June Lile, 72, of Sapulpa, were held April 30, 2009 at the Remnant Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Sperry, OK. Elders Steve Van Meter and C.H. Whiteman officiated and burial was in the Rest Haven Cemetery in Sperry, OK. Casket Bearers were Bob Eddingfield, Justin Rogers, Steve Bullock, Joshua Bullock, Jared Rogers, Jordan Bullock. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home, Sperry.

Leona was born December 15, 1936 in Tulsa, OK to Harold Dean and Dorothy Mae Ruth (Hogue) Walker. She passed away April 28, 2009 in Sapulpa, OK.

She enjoyed many hobbies which included sewing, arts and crafts, quilting and crocheting. She also enjoyed cooking. She was a member of the RLDS church.

She is survived by her mother, Dorothy Rogers; son, Clifford Lile; daughter, Judy Lile; 7 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; sisters, Carol Farrar, Sharon Miller, Coral Rogers; brothers, Elbert Rogers, Bob Eddingfield, Mike Miller, a host of nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her brother, William Walker; sister, Clorece Eddingfield; father, Harold Walker; step father, Elzie Rogers.
