Laurie Ann Gordon

Memorial Services for Laurie Ann Gordon, 49, of Tulsa, were held Monday, April 20, 2009 at the Johnson Funeral Chapel in Sperry, OK. The Reverend Phil Johnson officiated. A private family committal followed. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home, Sperry.

Laurie was born March 6, 1960 in Birmingham, AL to Robert E. and JoAnn D. (Cudo) Gordon. She passed away April 10, 2009 in Tulsa, OK.

She was a loving mother, daughter and sister. She loved life and was very family oriented. She was a caring and genuine friend who just loved being around people. She loved to find things that were once thought of as trash and make them into treasures. She was very artistic and enjoyed painting and arranging elements of nature into beautiful arrangements.

She is survived by her sons, Michael Gordon and Logan Bookout, daughter, Nicole Gordon; mother, Jodi; two grandsons; a granddaughter; sisters, Samantha, Lisa, and Penny; many nieces, nephews, numerous aunts and uncles, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father; Robert Gordon; grandparents, August and Delores Gustafson.
