Juanita Fay (Green) Williams

Graveside services for Juanita Fay (Green) Williams, 86, of Pawhuska, OK, were held Monday, February 17, 2025, at Pawhuska City Cemetery in Pawhuska, OK. Rock Pipestem officiated. Honorary Casket bearers were Ruth Redeagle, Hayden Brown, Jake Beshear and Allison Brown.

Juanita was born October 2, 1938, in Quenemo, KS, to Marlin D. Green and Rosa N. (Brinsfield) Green. She passed away February 10, 2025, in Owasso, OK.

Juanita worked for the Postal Service for 21 years. She loved baking and owned a small corner café there in Quenemo, KS that she was so proud of. She always got compliments on her chili and her delicious homemade pies. When Juanita wasn’t working or spending time with her family, she could be found fishing, going to local garage sales, and to the beauty salon to get her hair done – she loved a fresh perm. Juanita had the most beautiful green eyes, and everyone gave her the nickname “legs” because she always had beautiful legs. She loved Jesus and always remained steady in her faith during her cancer treatments. Juanita loved everyone, but her grandchildren were definitely her favorite, and they were for sure her pride and joy.

She is survived by her daughters, Kandace Wheeler and husband, David, and Tamara Redeagle; grandchildren, Christopher Redeagle II, and wife, Fallon, Breanna Beshear and husband, Matt, and Tiffanie Brown; great-grandchildren, Ruth Redeagle, Jake Beshear, Allison Brown, and Hayden Brown; sister, Jeri Maxine Lloyd; brother, Clarence Green; son-in-law, Christopher Redeagle; and many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Marlin and Rosa Green; brothers, Lawrence Green, Earl “Buck” Green, and Everett Green; sister, Imogene Deal; and great-granddaughter, Rhonda Beshear, and Aunt Sally.

Arrangements and services were entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home, Sperry.
