Funeral services for Johnnie Alanzo “John” Jones, 52, of Owasso, OK, were held Wednesday, October 13, 2021, at Johnson Funeral Chapel in Sperry, OK. James Lohman officiated. Honorary Casket bearers were James Lohman, Christopher Stanley, Jose Ventura, Jared Sheppard, Pat Huddleston, Matt Snider, and Nathan Rosebure.

John was born August 12, 1969, in Kansas City, KS, to John Carey Jones and Ruthie Lou (Huddleston) Lohman. He passed away October 8, 2021, in Tulsa, OK.

John was a truck driver for Tyson Foods. He loved his coffee and would share with his horse, Buzz at the 4 Angels Carousel. John was a jack of all trades and enjoyed working on Harley motorcycles. Although, his biggest and most important job was taking care of his family.

He is survived by his wife, Tina Johnston-Jones; son, Chris Stanley and wife, Stephany; daughter, LouAnn Jones-Ventura and husband, Jose; son, Jared Sheppard; grandchildren, Chris Stanley, Jr., Jasmine Ventura, Johnnie Ventura, Jose Ventura, Jr., Xavier Ventura, Oswaldo Ventura and Miranda Wells; mother, Ruthie Lohman; brother, James Lohman and wife, Michelle, sisters, Tammy Jones and Marie Lohman; niece, Rachel; aunt, Sissy and husband, Delbert; uncle, Pat Huddleston; cousins, Annie, Bobby, Robert, Chris Lee, Patti and Brandi; stepmother, Mary Jones; and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, John Jones; his Papaw and Mimi; aunt, Nancy; and many other loved ones.

Arrangements and services were entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home, Sperry.
