Jimmie Lee Eades

Funeral services for Jimmie Lee Eades, 66, of Turley, were held Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at Johnson Funeral Chapel in Sperry, OK. Mr. Phillip Johnson officiated and burial was in Rest Haven Cemetery in Sperry, OK. Casket bearers were Wesley Beeler, Brendan Eades, Walter Beeler, Kenneth Beeler, Kevin Beeler and Jessie Beeler. Honorary Casket Bearer was Jim Eades.

Jimmie was born October 2, 1949 in Tulsa, OK to Jessie James and Myrtle Elizabeth (Bristol) Eades. He passed away September 28, 2016 in Tulsa, OK.

Jimmie was an auto mechanic by trade and enjoyed his collection of muscle cars. He was a person that loved horses and a collector of Indian items. Jimmie made it a point to celebrate his birthday at the Tulsa State Fair with his sister Wendy yearly.
He is survived by his son, Jim Eades and wife Andy; grandson, Brendan Eades; sisters, Wendy Eades of Turley, Malinda Meese and husband Art of Rio Rancho, NM, Effie Sharrah and husband Stephen Keys of Buda, TX, Audrey Beeler and husband Homer of Turley, Nellie Critser and husband Eddie of Sperry; brothers, John Ramsey and wife Thereasa of Weatherford, TX and James Eades of Stigler; and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jessie and Myrtle Eades; and sister, Linda (Eades) Dry.
