Coach John King officiated, and burial was in Rest Haven Cemetery in Sperry, OK. Casket bearers were Ethan Carter, Bailey Clampitt, Melvin Blue, Kevin Brewer, Andrew Miller, Mose Brewer, Cody Luthy, and Shawn King.
Isaiah was born March 2, 1997, in Tulsa, OK, to Timothy Dean “Tim” Carter and Amber Wind Sullivan. He passed away October 23, 2024, in Columbus, OH.
Isaiah, at the young age of 27, was taken from us far too soon. Known for his joyful spirit and boundless energy, he brought life and light into every room he entered. Isaiah traveled often for his work as an account manager at Kenco Fleet Services, but no matter where his journey took him, his heart was never far from the people and passions he loved most. A skilled mechanic, he spent countless hours working on race cars, pursuing his love of engines and speed. When he wasn’t on the track or on the road, he found joy in connecting with friends and fans alike as a PlayStation streamer, sharing his humor and enthusiasm with a growing online family. A true lover of life, Isaiah was never one to shy away from a good laugh or a cold Dos Equis; he was always the heartbeat of every gathering, bringing laughter and happiness to those around him.
Isaiah’s softer side was evident to those closest to him. Though he may not have openly shared it, he cherished cozy movie nights with his mom, singing along to “Mamma Mia!”, and with his soulmate, Alyssa, watching “High School Musical”, reveling in the simple, joyful moments they shared. With a generous spirit even in passing, Isaiah was an organ donor. Through his final gift, he has given the gift of sight to someone else, so that the world may continue to be seen through his eyes—a legacy that reflects the love and kindness he shared in life. Isaiah will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who were touched by his warmth, humor, and heart. His memory will forever be cherished, and his spirit will live on in the love he left behind.
He is survived by his father, Tim Carter; mom, Amber Sullivan; stepmom, Heather Carter; sisters, Lilly McCabe and Emily Carter; brother, Ethan Carter; grandfather, Roger Horner; grandmother, Sherry Turner; several aunts, uncles and cousins; and many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Gary Sullivan and Virgil Carter; grandmothers, Lynn Mitchell and Terri Horner; and his high school friend, Cody DeBoer.
Memorial donations in Isaiah’s memory may be made to: The Cliff and Helen Grace Herrington Foundation, P.O. Box 876, Sperry, OK 74073.
Arrangements and services were entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home, Sperry.
