Gregory Eugene Lonon

Memorial services for Gregory Eugene Lonon, 61, of Tulsa, OK, were held Thursday, June 9, 2022, at Johnson Funeral Chapel in Sperry, OK. Brother Bill Partridge officiated.

Greg was born December 6, 1960, in Tulsa, OK, to Clarence Eugene Lonon and Carolyn (Leach) Jones. He passed away June 5, 2022, in Oklahoma City, OK.

Greg was a shoemaker and a sheet metal mechanic. He loved his dogs, Rudy, Ched, Lucy, and Harley. Greg also enjoyed listening to Blues and Rock and Roll music and attending live concerts, playing the violin, watching St. Louis Cardinals baseball; roller skating, model building, such as model cars, ships and airplanes, virtual fishing, wood working, and learning about ancient civilizations and World War II history. 

He is survived by his wife, Robyn Lonon; daughter, Chrissy Fanning; son, Jasper Lonon and wife, Tamra; grandson, Lennox Lonon; mother, Carolyn Jones; brother, Ray Kelly; aunt, Marolyn Logsdon; and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Clarence E. Lonon; and grandparents, Clarence H., and Myrtle Lonon.

Arrangements and services were entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home, Sperry.
