Gerald Kelley

Funeral services for Gerald Kelley, 89, of Owasso, were held Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at Sperry Christian Church in Sperry, OK. Pastor Adam Stang officiated and burial was in Rest Haven Cemetery in Sperry, OK. Casket bearers were Jerry Kelley, Allen Kelley, Marvin Woodson, Ricky Juby and Tim Heitkamp. Honorary casket bearers were Richard Kelley, Roy Loney, Bill Fry and Butch Loney.

Gerald was born June 24, 1926 in Collinsville, OK to William Eldridge and Anna Cora (Rogers) Kelley. He passed away November 29, 2015 in Tulsa, OK.

Gerald served in the Army during World War II and was a retired installer for Western Electric. He was a longtime member of Sperry Christian Church. Gerald enjoyed the outdoors and sitting out on the front porch, and taking his friends and family out to dinner.

He is survived by his son, Jerry Kelley; niece, LaJuana Jean Worley of Skiatook; nephew, Allen Kelley; and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Eldridge and Anna Kelley; wife, Betty Kelley; brothers, his twin, Derald, and Lester; sister, Audra Alberta “Sissy” Sturgeon; and nephew, Butch Loney.
