George proudly served in the U.S. Army from 1967-68. He was a machinist for most of his life. George loved John Wayne movies, garage sales, dirty jokes, women, and most of all going fishing. If George liked you, you knew it – and if he didn’t like you, you knew that for sure as well! He was never shy. George was a really hard worker – he went from sun-up to sundown.
He is survived by his daughter, Susan Schnyer of Mineral Wells, TX; grandchildren, Becca Hanna, Kara Adams, and Shae Adams, Amy Lynn Evans, Satin Schnyer, “Cubby” Schnyer, and Gypsy River Schnyer; sisters, Patricia Adams of Sperry, and Joyce Langston of Prattville; uncles, Raymond Robison of Sperry and Jim Robison of Tulsa; several cousins; a few very loved in-laws, especially Rob and Eddie; his two babies, Tex and Bubba; and many other relatives and friends.
