Gary Lynn Stewart

Celebration of Life services for Gary Lynn Stewart, 63, of Tulsa, OK, were held Sunday, October 20, 2019 at Johnson Funeral Chapel in Sperry, OK. Mr. Phillip Johnson officiated.

Gary was born May 21, 1956 in Cleveland, OH to Conner and Clara Helen (Burry) Stewart. He passed away October 5, 2019 in Tulsa, OK.

Gary was a single dad and raised two boys. He loved anything that was John Deere and enjoyed watching western shows, woodworking, being out on the lake and doing anything you can imagine outdoors. He was also a Dwight Yoakam fan Gary loved spending time with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his daughter, Shannon Stewart-Moore and husband, Rich of Tallmadge, OH; sons, Dwight Stewart of Tulsa, and Cody Stewart and wife, Jody of Broken Arrow; grandchildren, Jasper Stewart, Zayden Stewart, Taylor Stewart, Victoria Stewart, Emma Donahou and Emily Stewart of Broken Arrow, Kirsten Moore of Ohio, and Brooke Moore of Ohio; brother, Rick Stewart and wife, Patti of Bluffton, OH; sisters, Betty Carpenter of IN, and Ruth Ann Augustine of Rawson, OH; a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, Michael Stewart and Conner Stewart; sister, Patricia Hilly; and parents, Conner and Clara Stewart.

Arrangements and services were entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home, Sperry.
