Freddie Lee Doshier

Freddie Lee Doshier, 82, of Sperry, OK, formerly of Lindsay, OK, was born January 10, 1941, in Oklahoma City, OK, to Fred Doshier and Elva Lou (Quinalty) Doshier. He passed away February 20, 2023, in Sperry, OK.

Freddie shared a birthday with his father and his paternal grandmother. In his youth, Freddie played baseball and speed skated. Upon graduation from Lamesa High School, Freddie enlisted in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Germany. After he was discharged, Freddie became an insurance agent and did so until his retirement. During his free time, Freddie enjoyed going to the casino, and tinkering on small electronics and lawnmowers.

He is survived by his daughter, Gina Clingan, her children, Cody Fazio and husband, Nick, and Sara Garcia Martinez, and her children, Broedy Clingan, Skylar Garcia Martinez, and Zoey Garcia Martinez; son, Tony Doshier and wife, Christy; their children, Lory Doshier, Andria Doshier, and Bently Doshier; son, Justin Doshier, and his children, Kiley Doshier and Logan Rodgers; daughter, Kristy Cabrera-Westerhiedy and their children, Riley Cabrera-Westerhiedy, and Skylee Cabrera-Westerhiedy; sisters, Kay Contreras and husband, Al, and Betty Anderson and husband, Jeff; brother, Ronnie Doshier; numerous nieces and nephews; stepdaughter, Lisa Knost and husband, Trent; stepson, Mike Brunson, his son, Michael Richmond, and his children, Abby Richmond, and Brayden Richmond; stepdaughter, Kortney Forsyth and husband, Josh, and their children, Jesse Forsyth, Jake Forsyth, Emma Warren and Jake Warren; stepson, Travis Knost and wife, Catie; and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Brunson; son, Freddie Lee Doshier, Sr.; granddaughter, Shelby Kaye Doshier; and brothers, Jerry Doshier and Larry Doshier.

Arrangements were entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home, Sperry.
