Forrest Wayne Stout

Graveside services for Forrest Wayne Stout, 78, of Skiatook, OK, were held Tuesday, May 14, 2024, at Coleman Cemetery in Porum, OK. Phil Johnson officiated. Casket bearers were Jacob Snyder, Jeremiah Snyder, Sammy Snyder, Bob Snyder, Mathew Snyder and Harvey Stout.

Forrest was born August 16, 1945, in Hominy, OK, to Harvey William Stout and Alene Georgia (Harper) Stout. He passed away May 8, 2024, in Skiatook, OK.

Forrest worked as a janitor for a telephone company for many years and was also a CLEET certified security guard. He was an avid fisherman and also attended turkey shoot contests. Forrest always had a story to tell, believe it or not. Forrest cared about everyone very much, he just happened to shed his tears in private.

Forrest is survived by his brothers, Don Stout and wife, Ginger of Beggs, and Harvey Stout of Skiatook; several nieces and nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews; and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Martha Stout; parents, Harvey and Alene Stout; and sister, Vivian Snyder.

Arrangements and services were entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home, Sperry.
