Eveline May Goodell

Funeral services for Eveline May Goodell, 82, of Sperry, were held Friday, January 5, 2018 at Sperry Christian Church in Sperry, OK. Elder Charles Rowden officiated and burial was in Rest Haven Cemetery in Sperry, OK.

Eveline was born September 3, 1935 in Turley, OK to Frank and May (Staley) Ashlock. She passed away January 2, 2018 in Tulsa, OK.

Eveline worked for Humpty Dumpty Grocery Store, and Wendt Food Brokers. She was a member of Victory Christian Center in Tulsa. She was a prayer warrior who loved the Lord and loved to share Him with others. Eveline was a giver, with a big heart who loved her family dearly. She enjoyed embroidery work and loved to go square dancing Jack. Eveline and Jack enjoyed going to the lake, and went on many vacations together to Hawaii, Las Vegas and Califorina.

She is survived by her husband, Jackie Goodell; son, Eugene Goodell and wife Kathy of Cleveland; grandchildren, Chris Goodell and wife Dorothy of Cleveland and Stephen Goodell and wife Melissa of Sperry; grandchildren, Kristen Goodell, Rachel Goodell, Paetyn Goodell, Kylee Goodell, and Grant Goodell.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and May Ashlock; siblings, Calvin, Alvin, and Alice; half-siblings, Dale Ashlock and Pearl Ashlock.
