Funeral services for Eddy Lee Higgins, 58, of Tulsa, were Saturday, Feb. 23, 2008 in the Johnson Funeral Chapel in Sperry.
The Rev. Adam Stang officiated and burial was in the Rest Haven Cemetery at Sperry, under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home of Sperry.
Pallbearers were Jeff Higgins, Joseph Cole, Derick Mason, Brandon Cole, Darrel Cole and Larry Craft.
Honorary pallbearers were Tylor Cole, Kevin Garrison and Pat McCutchen.
He was born Aug. 11, 1949 in Tulsa to Edward Lee and Corine (Weston) Higgins.
He passed away on Feb. 19, 2008.He worked as a lead assembly man and was a volunteer for Black Dog Fire Association. He enjoyed going to wrestling tournaments, listening to bluegrass concerts, going for long drives and playing the fiddle.
He was survived by his mother, Corine Higgins. She passed away Feb. 26, 2008.
Other survivors include his sisters, Norma Mason and Lenoria Higgins; nephews, Jeff Higgins, Derick Mason and Pat McCutchen, Joey Cole and wife Barbara; and Darrel Cole and wife Lori; great-nieces and nephews, Brandon and Amanda, Brittny, Tylor, Hunter, Faith, Kevin, Ray Lynn, Rashell and Jason; great-great-nieces and nephews, Zared, Zally, Zade and Kylee; life-long friends, Larry and Bonnie Kraft and children Dillon, Jody, Chris and Stacy
