Funeral services for Denice Michelle “Shelle” Gann, 47, of Sand Springs, OK, were held Thursday, March 27, 2025, at North Point United Pentecostal Church in Sperry, OK. Reverend Kevin Neil officiated. Casket bearers were Daniel Gann, Jr., Lloyd Inks, Sr., Steven Gann, Lloyd Inks, Jr., Bill Keeton III, and Bill Keeton, IV.
Shelle, as she was known by family and friends, was born November 11, 1977, in Tulsa, OK, to Danny Webster Gann, Sr. and Helen Denice (Burns) Gann. She passed away March 21, 2025, in Broken Arrow, OK.
Shelle loved sweet tea, playing bingo, working on crossword puzzles, shaking her fists, and always had “Hubble Bubble” bubble gum. Shelle loved and she loved you wholeheartedly. She loved her family, her aunt, Linda, and her cousin, Paula, who she loved deeply. Shelle’s heart was purer than any gem you would find. She had a childlike faith until her last breath and would share, write and read the gospel any chance she had. Her last show of her undeniable generosity was saving more than 4 lives with organ donation.
She is survived by her former husband, Billy Stone; dad, Danny Gann of Bartlesville; brothers, Steven Gann of Bartlesville, and Daniel Gann of Tulsa; niece, Michaella Gann of Bartlesville; nephews, Daniel Gann III of NY, Kyle Gann of NY, Benjamin Gann of Bartlesville; aunt, Linda Keeton and husband, Bill of Sperry; and precious caregivers and cousins, Paula Keeton and Lloyd Inks, Sr.; and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Helen Gann; sister, Pamela Renee Gann; and grandparents, Leonard and Eunice Burns and Paul and Pearlene Gann.
Arrangements and services were entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home, Sperry.
