Carolyn Louise Watkins

Funeral Services for Carolyn Louise Watkins, 54, of Collinsville, were held Saturday, May 1, 2010 at the First Christian Church in Skiatook, OK. The Reverend Dave King officiated and burial was in the Shady Grove Cemetery in Clarendon, AR. Casket Bearers were Patrick Seldal, Stephen Watkins, David Wiles, Jarod Watkins, Rodger Solt, and Larry Porter. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home, Sperry.

Carolyn was born March 16, 1956 in Des Arc, AR to William Lawrence and Pearl Marie (Edmiston) Watkins. She passed away April 29, 2010 in Collinsville, OK.

She worked as a waitress for years. Carolyn was a member of the Rebecca's, the Turley Round-Up Club and the Turley Fire Department Auxillary. She was a foster parent.

She is survived by her daughter, Simanthia Harrison of Tulsa; sons, Roger Atkinson of Broken Arrow and Chris Atkinson and fiancee Tina Dover; grandchildren, Silver Atkinson, Robin Harrison, Stephanie Harrison, Mason Atkinson, Miles Atkinson, Kaleb Black, Chasity Black, Justin Black, and Summer Starr; mother, Pearl Marie Watkins of Brantwood, WI; brothers, Bill Watkins of Collinsville, OK; William L Watkins Jr. Of Tripoli,WI; sisters, Martha Seldal of Owasso, Pat Valentine of IL, Brenda Wakefield of IL, Dorothy Deutsch of IL, and Shirley Solt of Sperry, OK; numerous nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, William Watkins, Sr.; and brother, Bobby Watkins.
