Carolyn Jean "Carol" Raines

Graveside services for Carolyn Jean “Carol” (Neely) Raines, 80, of Skiatook, were held Thursday, December 21, 2017 at Floral Haven Cemetery in Broken Arrow, OK. Steve Krumm officiated.

Carol was born January 6, 1937 in Tulsa, OK to Earl Leonard and Jennie Lee (Moore) Neely. She passed away December 17, 2017 in Tulsa, OK.

Carol was a loving sister, wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed reading books and loved going to all of the grandchildren’s sporting events.

She is survived by her husband, Doy Raines; daughters, Janette Ramsey and husband Tim, and Anette Blakeman and husband Kyle; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; sisters, Beverly White and Janice Cox; and many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Jennie Neely; and son, Eric Raines.
