Carl Allen Lockett

Graveside Services for Carl Allen Lockett, 70, of Tulsa, were held Wednesday, July 30, 2014 at the Floral Haven Cemetery in Broken Arrow, OK. The Reverend Kirt Myers officiated. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home, Sperry.

Carl was born June 10, 1944 in Barnsdall, OK to Cleland Carl and Pearl Adelee (Raber) Lockett. He passed away July 26, 2014 in Tulsa, OK.

Carl was in the United States Army, and made the rank of Corporal before he was honorably discharged. He was a mail courier for Arvest Bank. Before working at Arvest, Carl worked for Commercial Resins, a piping company located in Catoosa. He also worked for the City of Tulsa for a time. He loved playing his guitar, playing music, and watching his old westerns and war movies. John Wayne and Clint Eastwood were his favorite actors. He also loved playing with his dog, Midget and spending time with his wife and family.

He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Lockett of Tulsa; son, Allen Lee Lockett and wife Becky of Stillwater, daughter, Carla Susan Lockett of Tulsa; step-sons, Randy Ennis of Oologah, Travis Ennis of Tulsa, and Cory Ennis of Tulsa; grandchildren, Brittney Lockett, Chelsea Lockett, Zane Brake, and Malory Brake, all of Stillwater, Randy Steven Ennis, III of Tulsa, and Jade Li Jackson of Tulsa; sister, Gladys Susan Lockett of Tulsa; and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Cleland and Pearl Lockett.
