Memorial Services for Betty Jo (Allen) Perry, 69, of Tulsa, were held Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at the Johnson Funeral Chapel in Sperry, OK. Mr. Phil Johnson officiated. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home, Sperry.
Betty was born December 10, 1943 in Cleveland, OK to Herbert F. and Helen Lora Helen Rose (Wilkins) Allen. She passed away October 19, 2013 in Tulsa, OK.
Betty was a talented seamstress and was also known for her wonderful peanut brittle and pecan brittle. She was a member of the Red Hat Society. Betty was on Extreme Makeover Home Edition with the house in Dewey.
She is survived by her sons, James Decker of Tulsa, Randy Decker of Tulsa, Jackie Frates of KS, and Jimmy Ingmire and wife Shelly of Bartlesville; step children, Sherry Kochert and husband Jeff of Glenpool, Donna White and husband Lonnie of Lindsay, Mark Perry and wife Michelle of Lindsay, and Mike Perry and wife Kimberly of Kiefer; brothers, Bob Allen and wife Goldie of Sapulpa, Ricky Allen of Tulsa and Jerry Allen and wife Avis of Tulsa; 24 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Calvin Perry; brothers, Orville Allen, Delbert Allen, Don Allen and three infant brothers; sister, Judy Allen Strader; and parents, Herbert and Helen Allen.
