Funeral services for AnnaBelle (Juby) Anglen, 87, of Sperry, were held on Friday, May 9, 2008 in the First Baptist Church
The Rev. Andy Anquoe officiated and burial was in the Rest Haven Cemetery at Sperry.
Arrangements and services were entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home, Sperry.
Pallbearers were Tim Spencer, Robert Spencer, John Middleton, James Middleton, Jay Eddings, Jeff Eddings, Jason Wheeler and Dwayne Barrett.
Honorary pallbearers were Deputy Chief Joe Grayson, Darrin Stogsdill, Shayne Thomas, Jeff Stephens, Jack Girdner, LeRoy Juby and Don Greenfeather
She was born on June 27, 1920 in Sperry, to Leo A. and Edith
(Tucker) Juby, in Sperry.
She passed away on May 6, 2008.
She was born as one of 17 children. She married Leon Anglen on April 23, 1939, and of this union, seven children were born. She worked for and retired from Zebco. She was a member of First Baptist Church, National Indian Council on Aging, Rebecca Lodge, Kihekah Steh, a Red Hat Society honorary member, and the Tulsa Community Cherokee Organization. She also loved fishing, shopping, traveling, and participating il1 pow-wows and stomp dances.

She was preceded in death by husband, Bill Emery; husband, Leon George Anglen; son, George Anglen; grandson, Wayne, Pat Wheeler; eight .brothers; and four sisters.

She is survived by daughters, Betty Spencer and husband Curtis of Broken Arrow, Edith Cleary of Skiatook, Melva Eddings and husband Larry of Sperry, Gloria Wheeler and husband Wayne of Little Elm, Texas, and Marcy Barrett and husband Allan of Skiatook; son, Buel Anglen and wife Clara of Skiatook; 14 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren 2 great-great grandchildren; brothers, Marcus Juby-of Skiatook, and Bill Juby of Sperry; sisters, Juanita Donaldson of Sperry and Clara Whiteley of Skiatook; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
