Anita Christine Hilton

Memorial services for Anita Christine (Smith) Hilton, 71, of Sperry, OK, were held Saturday, April 9, 2022, at Johnson Funeral Chapel in Sperry, OK. Phillip Johnson officiated. Honorary Casket bearers were Paul David Smith, David Hilton, Stephen Corley, Tyler Harrison, and Austin Downum.

Anita was born October 8, 1951, in Tulsa, OK, to Paul Gordon and Hortense (Allende) Smith. She passed away April 4, 2022, in Tulsa, OK.

Anita was a Christian. She was a homemaker as well as a professional nanny for all of the kids on the block including her grandkids for many years. She enjoyed gardening, camping, fishing, and baking. Anita loved spending time with her family as well.

She is survived by her daughter, Tammy Corley and husband, Stephen of Sperry; son, David Hilton and wife, Janae of Glenpool; grandchildren, Valorie Corley of Sperry, Brittnie Corley and Austin Downum of Tulsa, Haleigh Hilton and fiancé, Tyler Harrison of Broken Arrow, Katie Hilton of Glenpool, and Christie Hilton of Glenpool; great-grandchild, Paislee Dean Downum; a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins; and many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmie Dean Hilton; and parents, Paul and Hortense Smith.

Arrangements and services were entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home, Sperry.
